1. Object

These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company Boucakes (SIRET: 901 874 263 00030) and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website. The acquisition of the online training implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale.

2. The Training

Boucakes offers an online training to learn how to create cupcake bouquets. The content of the training is detailed on the site. Access to the training is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) all taxes included (ATI). Boucakes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

4. Order and Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe. Access to the training is unlocked automatically after payment validation.

5. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By validating your order and accessing the digital content, you expressly accept that the service provision begins immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. Consequently, no refund will be made once access to the content has been provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the training (videos, texts, images, documents), as well as the underlying technology, are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Boucakes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of these contents is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.

7. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These online terms of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts.
